Terms of Sales

 

These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company hereinafter referred to as "La Maison Toulonnaise", registered under the SIRET number 841 605 496 00014 and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the la-maison-toulonnaise.com website hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".

Object

These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between La Maison Toulonnaise and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the la-maison-toulonnaise.com website. The acquisition of a property through the site la-maison-toulonnaise.com implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to ordering.

La Maison Toulonnaise retains the possibility of modifying these conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or in order to improve the use of its site. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date of the order by the buyer.

Products offered

The products offered are those published on the la-maison-toulonnaise.com website, within the limits of available stocks.

Each product is accompanied by a description submitted by the seller. The photographs are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product presented. 

Prices

The prices appearing on the product sheets of the internet catalog and are prices in Euros (€) all taxes included (TTC). The prices indicated do not include delivery costs, invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased according to the total amount of the order. Shipping costs will be indicated before the order is placed by the buyer.

The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

Orders

The buyer can either:

• Create an account on the la-maison-toulonnaise.com website, before placing any order. The account creation section is accessible directly from the home page. At each visit, the buyer, if he wishes to order or consult his account (order status, profile, etc.), must identify himself using this information.
• Order on the la-maison-toulonnaise.com site, specifying the information required in the step preceding payment.

The confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, the recognition of having full knowledge of them and the waiver of its own conditions of purchase. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. The seller will communicate by email confirmation of the recorded order.

Withdrawal

Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer, non-professional natural person, has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange, credit or refund without penalty, with the exception of shipping costs and back.  This return must be made by letter followed or colissimo in order to follow the traceability of the package. Custom-made or personalized models are not included.

If applicable, the buyer will inform the seller in advance using the contact.

Payment terms

The price is payable when ordering.
Payments were made by the payment methods offered by on the site. They will be carried out through a secure system which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and that no third party can become aware of it during transport over the network.

The buyer's account will be debited when ordering the available products and the amount of the products sent.

Delivery

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the purchaser on the order form, the purchaser must ensure its accuracy. Any package returned to the seller because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the buyer's expense.

Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 days.

They are sent by letter followed by La Poste in letter followed, delivery service with tracking in two working days to mainland France (deadline given as an indication by the carrier).

Seller may provide the buyer with the tracking number of his order by e-mail.
